Oh dear, I'm so behind on my reading! Then again, I think a 4 y old suffering from a case of the tantrum madness, as well as a 3 month old with a lovely reflux-issue is a pretty good excuse. I will get to reading again though, I promise! (Just thought I'd show you I'm still alive!)

BTW, Manny, would you be a doll and friend this account instead of [livejournal.com profile] mothersuperior? I'm deleting that account soon.

Love, Ellie

Hey! Of course I'm glad to hear from you (and know that you're still alive)! Being a mother looks tough. I wish you all the best with your boys, sweetie.

I friended the account you pointed out. Take care, Ellie!

Hugs,
Manny

Well, it has it's less-than-fun days, but most of the time - being a mom is the best job ever! *S*

*Lots of Hugs*

And a merry christmas to you btw! How do you celebrate that in Japan? Do you get snow there? *A bit off right now - been awake since 3 am*

Christmas here? Well, I guess we'll hang out in our pajamas... and pack for our trip. (We're going abroad this winter... to Portugal! I'm so excited!)

We don't have any snow yet, but we will get snow... eventually. Very wet and heavy stuff. They have to use poles and rope to brace the trees here against it or the weight of the snow snaps the poor things' branches off! Today we got rain/sleet/hail which was just LOVELY. (^__~)

Nice! Before I had kids I longed to escape the swedish winters - it's so cold here - but now I see the charm of it through Zids eyes. So much snow! It's magical!

They don't use anything to brace the trees here, but if I'm not mistaken the trees here are very typical for this kind of climate so I guess they're used to the weight - even though it's been a new low temperature record sweeping through europe. (20 people have frozen to death in paris so far - scary.)

Then again, the temperature and the amount of snow are two different things.

Here, we got snow up to our calves - about 30 cm now I think - and more coming! LOVE it! ;)
